Terms & Conditions - The Glam Gang Sydney

Please read our booking and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your party package.

 

Deposits & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 30 days notice: Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty.

14-30 days notice: Bookings may be rescheduled once free of charge. Cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

Less than 14 days notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking will apply.

Less than 48 hours notice or no-shows: A 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Illness & Emergencies

 

We understand kids get sick and unexpected emergencies happen! In cases of illness or genuine emergencies, we will happily transfer your booking to a new date within 3 months at no extra cost. Proof of illness (e.g. medical certificate) may be requested.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

If Glam Gang cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Arrival & Setup

Please ensure the setup area is ready and accessible at least 30 minutes before the scheduled booking.​

Parking close to the venue must be available for unloading.

Responsibility & Safety

Glam Gang provides non-toxic, child-friendly nail polish products.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children during the service.​

Photography & Marketing

Glam Gang may take photos during sessions for promotional use. Please advise in advance if you do not wish for photos of your child/guests to be taken.

Agreement

By making a booking with Glam Gang, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
